MEDIA COVERAGE AND ADVERTISING

In all radio and TV broadcasts (Platinum and Gold Sponsors Only), advertisements, media releases and other communications, the Sponsor's name and logo will feature prominently alongside that of Mr. Nigeria Logo.

BANNERS


Sponsors will be able to erect banners at the venues (Main venue and after-party venue) for the duration of the event. A full branding plan for the location will be developed accordingly.

POSTERS

Sponsors’ Logos will be printed on the leaflets distributed during the period leading up to the event.


WEBSITE

Sponsors' logos will be on the main sponsor’s page of our website for a period depending on when sponsors come on-board.

ADVERTISING SPEND AND GUARANTEED MEDIA EXPOSURE.


Through our broadcast, print media and online adverts for the event, sponsors will obtain guaranteed adequate media coverage (subject to negotiation with media partners). This is guaranteed for platinum and gold sponsors.

MERCHANDISING RIGHTS
Major Sponsors (Platinum and Gold Only) will be entitled to use the Mr. Nigeria logo on their promotional material, press releases and marketing campaigns from the date of signature of the sponsorship.

INVITATION TO MR. NIGERIA AND MEDIA LAUNCH AND OFFICIAL OPENING


Sponsors will be invited to the media launch and official opening of Mr. Nigeria and will be given the opportunity to address the media. This will take place 2 months before the event.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND ROLE OF THE ORGANISERS

A close relationship will have to be developed between sponsors and the event organisers.

The organisers will undertake the following:

• Management of the entire event
• Logistics and site management
• Issuing space allocation for sponsors merchandise
• Entertainment program and promotions
• Liaising with relevant departments
• Appointment of media sponsors
• Security
• Marketing/PR

The Nigerian Voice® reserves its rights with regards to the intellectual property associated with this event. Intellectual property rights for any elements of the event conceived and developed after signing the sponsorship agreement would be subject to negotiation with the sponsor.
